Tasks to be solved:
- Search, identification and analysis of potential business opportunities and tenders in the interest of organizations of Rosatom in the country;
- Engagement in sales leads generation and qualification through various channels using sales kits and marketing support from Moscow HQ;
- Identification, as well as the establishment and development of relationships, maintaining communication on an ongoing basis with potential and existing partners and customers of organizations of Rosatom in the country;
- Participation in process of preparation and organization of applications for participation in tenders as well as the other materials in the framework of study and implementation of potential business development projects;
- Perform analytical support of development and promotion opportunities for Rosatom products and solutions (composite materials, additive technologies, environmental solutions, irradiation technologies, etc.);
- Setting up direct contacts with representatives of local business communities, state scientific and regulatory authorities, supervising energy and industrial sectors of country;
- Participation in regional and country industry-related conferences and seminars, dealing with issues related to peaceful use of nuclear energy, utilizing radioactive irradiation and other advanced technologies in energy and industry of the country;
- Providing assistance and support to Rosatom companies, participating in specific exhibitions and conferences, related to products and technologies applicable to Rosatom’s manufacturing and research facilities.
What we expect of a candidate:
- Professional record of dealing with the nuclear industry (a plus);
- At least 6 years of project work/development/sales (preferably in energy companies);
- Record of working with foreign projects or in Russian representative offices of foreign energy/industrial companies;
- Ensuring the preparation of regular reports on the activities of the Country Office;
- Participation in the preparation of administrative documents, the budgets, contracts and procurement documentation;
- Compliance with health and safety, fire and labor policies;
- Higher education (nuclear engineering / exact sciences / business administration / international relations, jurisprudence);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong negotiation and managerial skills;
- Project management skills;
- Efficient business interaction within a team, good human relation skills.
