Key job function – responsible for the logistic oversight of medical equipment, including preparation, shipping and receiving
Reporting to Supply Chain Department Head
Civil contract for 2 months
Key Responsibilities
1. Business correspondence with suppliers, tracking orders, coordinating the date of readiness of the goods and the date of shipment;
2. Planning of shipments and organization of cargo transportation from suppliers and between company warehouses;
3. Ensure medical equipment delivery in accordance with customers’ contractual obligations’ timeframes;
4. Preparation delivery schedule, determination delivery method and mode of transportation;
5. Preparation of instructions for accompanying documents (Specifications, applications, CMR, B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.) and control of their registration by senders and recipients of the goods;
6. Calculation and provision of information on the cost and delivery time;
7. Preliminary approval of customs codes and calculation of customs payments, the cost of customs clearance and related services;
8. Preparation of documents for customs clearance, including Invoices, Packing lists and POs in accordance with Russian Registration certificates for medical equipment;
9. Organization of smooth and timely customs clearance;
10. Support of all business operations for the receipt and movement of the goods between warehouses by postings in 1C;
11. Verification and organization of payment of invoices for logistics services.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education, preferably in logistics
- Working experience in medical equipment supply chain function
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of 1C
- Great interpersonal skills, excellent communication and time management skills
- Well-developed motivational skills, accurate, structured and initiative
- Team player
