The position:

·Is accountable for the oversight and execution of Quality Management Systems and Compliance at all Deliver PHARM 3PL location within the corresponding geographical area of Russia, that receive, pick, pack, store, inspect, repack/relabel and deliver finished goods to Customers, Retailers, Wholesalers, and Distributors.

·Serves as a single point of contact to the corresponding Deliver country operational leads on Distribution Quality related matters and liaise with multiple Quality organizations to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues.

·Defines and implements departmental strategies and services as the business expert on quality systems, distribution, and quality management.

·Optimizes quality systems and processes and ensures alignment with the worldwide business, applicable local regulations & J&J Enterprise standards, the quality vision and/or Policy, and provides a measurable impact to quality, cost, and customer value.

·Identifies opportunities to continuously improve quality, cost and time factors, consistent with PHARM Segment and Deliver business objectives. Identifies significant business issues, prioritizes for action, lead and support improvement opportunities and problem solutions. The position maintains understanding and awareness of current and emerging regulations and the impact to quality and distribution practices.

·Plans, coordinates, and executes quality assurance programs designed to ensure effective and consistent processes with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·Distribution Supplier Quality Management

·Responsible for the qualification and approval of the suppliers managed by Deliver.

·Responsible for the development and maintenance of quality agreements for the outsourced activities under Deliver responsibility.

·Responsible for the monitoring activities of the suppliers managed by Deliver, including 3PL business reviews.

·Responsible for the quality oversight and compliance of all suppliers managed by Deliver, including impact assessment for supplier proposed improvements/changes.

Essential knowledge and skills:

This role requires a diverse business background, preferably with direct experience in Pharm segment, with specific quality, regulatory and regulatory compliance competencies in the areas of: customer service, distribution and commercial customer interface. Experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with broadly based quality management experience. Experience with the global demands of the role, specifically: healthcare regulatory requirements. English - upper-intermediate.

Proven success in:

·DC Q&C management, with customer and business focus.

·Quality improvement programs, risk reduction projects, supply chain added value solutions.

·Understanding the linkages in quality and regulatory compliance in delivery to customer and health authority.

·Compliance experience, QMS experience.

·Change management and project management experience.

·Strong presentation skills.

·Issue remediation experience.

·Collaborative approach.

·Managing complexity.

·Analytical skills with a Bifocal approach - ability to zoom-in/zoom-out for tactical, high-level and detailed, etc.

·Previous experience interfacing with global regulatory agencies, e.g., FDA, MHRA, TGA, notified bodies, etc, and a history of success and credibility resolving complex regulatory compliance issues.
