Работодатель может предложить примерно следующую оплату труда: от 3000 до 5000 USD на вакантной должности "Head of Demand Planning | Senior Demand Planner".

We are different from most Ecommerce companies, we do worldwide distribution of products mainly focused in marketplaces. We sell mostly on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and are looking to expand. Our team has grown to 40 people strong in 9 countries all working remotely at flexible hours. Our strength is in data analysis to find the right opportunities, and then efficient logistics capabilities to sell products internationally. We believe technology together with great people and great process can make a winning combination to continue outsmarting our competition. We need to put complex logic for analyzing product opportunities, deciding on purchasing quantities, suppliers, purchase orders generation.

Now we are hiring a new Product Owner.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• English: C1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions

• Experience in creating software that utilizes business rules to predict demand and software to automate business processes

• knowledge of VBA, Python or SQL

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting as a demand planner or related

• Experience in working with marketplaces (Yandex market, Ozone, Wildberries and others) would be a huge advantage

• Understanding business rules and business decision making for the particular market

• Bachelor or master degree in Business or related field

• Respect for deadlines

• Strong self-management skills

• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Attention to details and high level of accuracy

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:

• Thinking on the Overall design and how to best build our tool

• Leading and managing the team to achieve the development milestones set

• Interacting with CEO and visionary to decide on what are the next features needed to be built

• Main goals: to predict demand, to track buy prices of 1million products and later more than 1 million, to simplify operational complexity, including financial reporting.
