In post-production studio PPVFX requires CG producer
About PPVFX
Young team of professionals that builds a worldwide company and already works with 6 countries.
We create computer graphics for video advertising and visual content for the entertainment industry.
We are looking for:
Smart, sociable, attentive, and fluent in English.
Knows how to do the job, and is able to make others do it instead of doing it by self
Capable of finding different solutions to one problem, and if they don't work find another.
Responsibilities:
Biddings
- determination of the scope of work, calculation of estimates, and timings
- preparation of special materials for tenders: concepts, reels, references, style frames, etc.
- conference calls with clients, producers, directors, etc.
- general support managers in bidding
Production
- breaking down tasks, drawing up internal road maps, and production schedules for the projects
- building and briefing the project teams
- distribution of tasks among artists, hiring freelancers
- communication with the clients during the projects
- continuous improving the project until the deadline
Development
- training/mentoring new members of the team
- study and implementation of the innovations in the work of the company
Requirements:
- English C1
- more than 3 years of experience in the same position
- experience working on international projects
- systemic thinking
- ability to find a reference for any job we work on by heart before searching
- own contacts in the industry, ability to quickly expand/replace the project team
- manage the projects the way to be delivered ahead of the schedule and put them in the showreel with honor
- speak the same language with the project team being able to help them and convince them
- MS Office, Google Docs, CRM Битрикс24, Shotgrid
We would love to see:
- experience of working in an international team
- knowledge of computer graphics software
- additional education in management
* experience of living/studying abroad will be an advantage
Conditions:
- relocation to Turkey
- salary: $2500 fix + quarter bonuses
