Responsibilities:- Under the supervision of HR Director manages all steps of the employee life cycle: Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, retention and separation
- Ensure that all HR processes comply with the local legislation as well as with the requirements of the parental company
- Develops, implements and maintains motivation programs, job descriptions, and HR policies
- Support and coordinate HR processes in different locations under the company's responsibility
- Actively participates in all HR projects and initiatives of the parental company

Plays a front-line role in answering HR questions, escalating issues as needed, completes regular audits and analysis, and acts as a trusted source of information
- University degree, preferably in HR
- 3+ years of general HR experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, HR trends and standards, other applicable regulations, HR practices and procedures
- Solid experience in recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
- Outstanding organizational skills and high degree of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude
- Evidence of sound judgment, professionalism, maturity, and trustworthiness
- Knowledge of 1C, experience with SAP HR and Cloud technology is a plus
- Advanced level of written and oral English, German is a plus
