About the Role
The Behavox Platform is a scalable, fault-tolerant and highly performant storage and processing system which allows us to manage and analyze massive volumes of data. We have an extensive and flexible set of APIs to develop products that allow our clients to work through millions of data items, by searching, filtering, and visualizing relationships between entities in the system.
As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager you will be leading a team that is responsible for the availability, performance, troubleshooting, change management, monitoring, observability, emergency response, and capacity planning of all production systems and services. You will work together with other DevOps, Product and Engineering teams to design and implement SRE practice at Behavox to build foundational infrastructure allowing to support the rapid growth of the Behavox client base.

What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech lead/Manager in the SRE or DevOps domain, with a proven track record in designing the architectures / leading the projects and teams
- Leadership, People management, and Performance management skills
- Expertise in the SRE practices and the ability to adopt them
- Experience in the production cloud infrastructures design and management (AWS, GCP)
- Development / scripting skills
- Fluent English skills
What You'll Do
- Lead technical teams and drive individual performance on day to day basis
- Act as a Technical Architect and design the complex distributed large-scale software systems
- Adopt the SRE practices within the organization
- Create tooling or solutions to automate production operations
- Design and manage the production cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)

About Our Process
