Location - Dubai, UAE
Leading TMS project for Treasury as subject matter expert. Responsibility for managing and monitoring group Investment portfolio. Developing new and managing existing banking partners. Analyze Group FX risk and create a proposal for an Annual hedging Strategy. Advocate for implementation of the TMS across the group. Train and mentor new employees of the Treasury operations.
Key responsibilities:
Subject matter expert for TMS
- Taking ownership of new treasury management system (FIS Integrity) and lead projects to enhance this further. The position holder is supposed to be the contact point for any treasury related matters, is responsible for the up to date management of static data and defines the system settings in line with treasury strategy, processes and requirements.
- Potentially assisting the implementation of TMS in the regions of ERG Group presence (Kazakhstan, Brazil).
Banking relationships
- Developing new banking and other relationships (such as with Liquidity investment funds and FX providers). Maintain existing partners contacts and periodically discuss with management the re-adjustment of said partners relationships based on changing group needs.
Cash forecasting and Group liquidity management
- Manage the 12 weeks cash forecasting and reporting for the whole Group including intra Group funding requirements management; ensure accuracy of data and drive improvement of provided information.
- Maintenance of Group investment portfolio and day to day liquidity management across the group based on said forecast. Direct the funds at the right entities and invest the excess liquidity.
FX management
- Analysis of Group FX risk and preparation of Annual FX hedging Strategy. Execution and maintenance of said strategy via the use of derivatives products and spot FX deals
Intercompany loan infrastructure
- Ensure the Intercompany Loans portfolio satisfies the needs of the group and maintain said portfolio accordingly.
- Ensure the Legal documents templates are up to date and ICL Legal data base is maintained and shared with all interested parties successfully.
Ad-hoc projects and internal stakeholders management
- Carry out ad hoc duties and tasks related to group reorganization projects usually lead by projects’ team and undertake responsibilities outside the treasury sphere as identified; Identify impact to treasury of such projects and ensure a smooth implementation from treasury perspective.
- Pro-actively manage relationships with Group Finance, Group Tax, Group subsidiaries, auditors;
- Provide general support to senior management of the Group and businesses on treasury related issues
- Strong communication and management skills, able to develop relationships and influence management teams within the businesses.

- Interviewing, training and mentoring of treasury colleagues.
Key requirements:
Master or equivalent (Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar)
MBA or CFA is a plus
Minimum of 7 year’s experience. Senior level of corporate treasury management coupled with relevant accounting and treasury qualifications. In depth understanding of the operations of Treasury and treasury operations
Relevant Accounting and/or Treasury qualifications
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and financial tools available for achieving group targets,
- Experience with TMS and overall cash management and banking functions.
- Excellent leadership and team building skills. Able to recruit, develop and retain team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences inside and outside the organization.
- Adaptable and understands a complex and constantly changing business environment. Able to keep pace with a company going through significant growth and change.

- Russian and English speaker
