Your core focus would be on People, Product, and Process - you will act as an enabler, lead and empower engineers, and actively drive stakeholders to create ambitious and balanced product-engineering goals that will deliver value to our users. You will be partnering with product and engineering peers, but most importantly empowering the teams to drive their scope and understand the bigger picture.
More about Your team
Your direct manager will be Denis Repp. You will lead a Scrum team, that consists of 8-9 people: Backend, Frontend and UI developers, QA and automation engineers, as well as Product designer and UX researcher.
You will join a Unit called “Enterprise”. The mission of this Unit is to accelerate the growth of the Enterprise book of business (mid-market and enterprise customers generate a significant share of Wrike’s revenue) by helping our bigger segments of customers to be more successful with Wrike by building scalable and reliable solutions. Key team achievements and focus areas include advanced security features like CMEK, SSO, Integrations, Analytics & Reporting, Account Management at scale and others.
How You’ll make an impact

Lead your teams’ plans and product pipeline and be a professional at helping teams prioritize goals

Partner with technical leaders and other Units to ensure consistent quality across Frontend, Backend and QA verticals

Ensure you have the top performing engineers in the team - from hiring and onboarding to handling motivation and individual performance

Work closely with functional managers to consistently grow and reward engineering talent

Own and act on team metrics in collaboration with Scrum master, Analyst, Product Manager, and Product Designer to validate team feature delivery internally

Ensuring that the team adheres to the best scrum practices, DOD and you hold the team accountable in case of gaps, be able to take a Scrum Master role
