Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop business, communicate and build long-term relationship with clients primarily in media, sport and entertainment industry as well as in other industries
- Deliver value to clients through developing strategies and improving operational efficiency
- Manage consulting projects from start to finish (at first - under the supervision of senior manager), plan and monitor execution through managing a team of 1 to 5 consultants
- Work in close contact with OKS Group ecosystem as well as with C-level executives, external experts, regulators and other stakeholders
- Work in an environment with multiple tasks and challenges
Our ideal candidate has:
- Higher education in economics with specialization in finance or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in project and team management
- 3+ years of experience in consulting firm or internal strategy department in major media, sport and/or entertainment companies
- Proven track record of completed projects in media and/or entertainment industry
- Deep industry expertise. Experience in media and entertainment industry is a must, experience with other industries will be an advantage
- Experience with Big3, Big4 and/or Tier2 consulting firms will be a strong advantage
- Experience in corporate finance will be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and think out the box, strong leadership skills and team player attitude
