Great opportunity to join a fast-growing Chinese medical devices company

We're enlarging our Moscow team and looking for an Operations specialist that will work in close collaboration with our sales and logistics and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

1. Reagent stock and shelf life management
   1. Track the stock and remaining shelf life of IVD reagent, prepare and send reagent shelf life warning, stock aging dashboard and reports to management at specified frequency. Try to identify and prompt management and sales manager to pay attention to the risk of reagent inventory and expiration date in a timely manner, and coordinate with sales & marketing team in the implementation of follow-up optimization measures.
   2. Assist sales and channel management dept. in following up the inventory of equipment and reagent at distributor side, and strengthen the accuracy and timeliness of distributors’ inventory data.
2. Data support
   1. Support the sales manager to calculate stock preparation plan, provide reference data to sales manager in time (such as historical sales, in warehouse/in-transit quantity, in-production quantity, online order quantity, etc.), to provide data reference to business leaders for making decision.
   2. Follow up on order execution (intercompany transaction orders/sales orders) related expenses (such as landing cost including freight fee, warehouse fee, etc.), and send data reports at the specified frequency to the management.
   3. Follow up the implementation of the relevant management rules for order execution (such as minimum order quantity rules, FIFO rules, etc.), and send data reports at the specified frequency to the management.
3. Able to identify pain points from daily work, put forward reasonable proposal, support GM and operation manager to promote related management rule and workflow, such as order execution and inventory management.
4. Other operation management tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Business, Finance, Statistics or Engineering is preferred.
2. At least 5 years operation management, and/or business support, logistics working experience. Having experience in medical or electronics industry will be preferred.
3. Sensitive to data and have strong logical thinking and system thinking skills.
4. Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Skills in SAP system is a plus.
5. Good cross-cultural communication skills in Russian and English. Speaking Chinese is a plus;
6. Quick learner to systems and adaptability to new environment and people for delivery consistency and further improvement;
7. Strong negotiation skills and good communicator with internal and external stakeholders and to challenge and meet challenges;
8. Willing to take short business travel, and take job rotation within operation department (if needed).
