Key task: development and preparation of business cases as part of planning to enter the new markets or current markets with new products - preparation of presentations and financial models.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a business case for entering a new market / existing market with a new product: describing a value proposition for all stakeholders, differentiators from competitors, functional strategies and customer journey, highlighting critical success factors, key risks and actions to hedge these risks;
- Preparation of a financial model, stress test and sensitivity analysis;
- Preparation of the final presentation for the company management;
- Accompanying the entry into new markets by start-up managers in the role of a consultant.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a business analyst in business consulting at least 3 years is a must.
- English language - not lower than B1 or intermediate. Preferably from B2 / upper-intermediate.
- Understanding of business 360 degrees, experience in financial industry projects is highly desirable (priority: lending to the public) and / or e-commerce.
- Excellent presentation preparation skills.
- Skills in financial modeling and knowledge of VBA are obligatory.
- Ability to work both alone and effectively in a team.
- Developed analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze a large amount of information, development prospects and risks.
- Stress resistance, the ability to work within the specified deadlines.
- Ability to perform productively and efficiently in situations of pressure and resource constraints.
- Responsibility and flexible thinking.
- Ability to delve into the essence of the task, taking into account the requirements for quality, final result and deadlines.
