Responsibilities:To effectively and efficiently integrate asset management best practices with the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) ERP system. Asset management best practices include the elemental concepts of planning the work, executing the work and improving the asset management work methodology as it pertains to the SUEK asset ledger which includes equipment utilized in our open cut and underground longwall coal mines. SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) ERP system includes the thorough configuration of the asset ledger and conformance to the asset management management work methodology.
Requirements:
10+ yrs - Manager or higher experience in the maintenance discipline related to both open cut and underground coal mines.
Led an SAP PM implementation within the coal industry. Preferably one that included both open cut and underground coal mines.
A good understanding of coal mining methods related to both open cut and underground coal mines.
Has developed a good essential working relationship at all stakeholder levels related to asset management. To include but not limited to: Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, HSE.
Has developed a cohesive implementation team that considers the operations as the primary customer and considers their needs as priority
Expertace in Coal industry
