Quality Director (implying relocation)
Work in a federal trade and manufacturing company, one of the leaders in the confectionery industry.
"Akulchev" is the first producer of soft waffles in Russia. This is a stable, rapidly developing enterprise, aimed at the future. Today the company operates in the markets of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. Products are also presented in the USA and China.

Only resumes of candidates with work experience in food industry ready to relocation to another region are taken into consideration (accommodation provided). The factory is located in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Your purpose in the position
Unceasing development of the quality of finished goods with a view to meeting the needs of consumers, clients and Legislation of the Russian Federation.
Your area of responsibility:
- Enhancement of the quality management system in the factory;
- Implementation of principles of the HACCP system;
- Development and implementation of events organized for product quality improvement;
- Planning and execution of internal audits on accordance with the standards of quality management system;
- Conducting review, development, implementation and maintenance of inner procedures, regulations and other regulatory documentations aimed at prevention of low-quality production output;
- Registration of the results of control operations, keeping records of product quality indicators, defects and their causes, drawing up regular reports on the quality of products and technological operations in production, preparing reports on the functioning of the quality management system;
- Monitoring of the process of material input control, operational control on each step of the production process, storage conditions of materials and finished goods, optimization of these processes;
- Control over organization and effectiveness of the analysis of consumer satisfaction with the quality of goods;
- Interaction with control and monitoring bodies;
- Organization and implementation of personnel training on the sphere of quality system;
Requirements:
- Working experience in the same positon in the food industry from 3 years, in-depth knowledge of production processes;
- Additional education in the sphere of quality management is highly welcomed;
- Awareness of incumbent ISO quality standards;
- Knowledge of certification procedures;
- Awareness of the verification procedure of materials/finished goods for their conformity with standards;
- Experience in organizing effective events on improvement of quality management system and system of HACCP;
- High level of professional literacy, readiness for optimization and active development of processes;
- Strong leadership potential.
