The vacancy is open due to the entry of Speed Reading, our sought-after product, into the foreign market
Speed Reading Teacher
If you are a teacher, and English is your native language, or you speak it at a level not lower than C1 and you also have experience teaching children, this job is perfect for you.
We will teach you a new profession - a speed reading teacher for children.
We have two flagship products: Speed Reading and Mental Arithmetic, which we have already taught to more than 8000 Russian-speaking children around the world.
Now we have fully adapted the Speed Reading direction to the English-speaking audience and have received a large number of applications for learning from the English-speaking population around the world.
This is why we start hiring teachers for our online school.
GENIUS SCHOOL today is:
- EdTech project for teaching children all over Russia and around the world
- Development of children in the most trending resultative areas using our methods: mental arithmetic, speed reading, robotics, programming,
- More than 1400 children are currently studying in our online school and more than 8000 have already finished studying
- Author’s methodological materials and online platforms for each of the areas developed by our IT department, a unique gamification system with its animated series
- A team of more than 80 professionals, each in his/her field
Basic functions:
• Conducting ONLINE training sessions with pupils on our educational platform
• Conducting trial sessions with potential clients of the company
• Participation in the recording of photo and video content of educational orientation for social networks
• The development of intelligence in children aged 5 to 15 years with the help of a special speed reading method which we will teach for free
• Work schedule: a choice of 1 day off (Saturday or Sunday), up to 4 classes of 1.5 hours duration + 3 weekdays with 2-3 classes (from 16:00 to 20:30). There are no groups in the daytime.
We invite you to cooperate with a schedule of at least 4 working days
Required competencies and equipment:
• Native English or at least C1 (in this case, the experience of living in an English-speaking country for at least 1 year is required)
• Having experience working with children is mandatory
• Love for children and the desire to engage with children, animation skills
• Initiative in what you do and the desire to bring benefit to your work
• Ability to find contact with children and their parents, charisma
• Responsibility, goodwill, and a positive attitude to work
• Availability of a laptop and stable Internet
We will cooperate on the following terms:
• Overtime payment for lessons (350 rubles/lesson)+ % from sales from trial lessons
• Your income will gradually grow in the company: you should expect to earn more than RUB30,000 in the first month, more than RUB50,000 in the second month, and reach RUB70,000 in the third month
• We provide a full course of teaching speed reading methods worth RUB80,000 for free
• Work schedule: 4-5 days a week (floating weekends) with 2-5 lessons a day with a duration of 1 hour each
• Teaching your children with a 70% discount
• Additional bonuses and incentives within the company’s motivational program
As a test, you will be asked to conduct a trial lesson in an online format according to our scenario.
