The project is an invest-banking family of applications
Now we are looking for Card Issuing Project Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management.
- Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals as well as negotiate and make decisions on issues/activities having critical impact/influence on the credit cards across the Country.
- Manage day-to-day delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to drive issuing sales & balance market share
- Manage acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance for the entire credit cards product spectrum
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and background within the online payments industry with a focus on the issuing sector
- Expert powers of communication and negotiation
- Proven experience in successfully managing or launching new innovative products
- A good technical and project management understanding of how complex products are developed
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data
- Proven +3 years of experience in working as a card Programme manager, project manager, business analyst, product manager, or similar roles
- Passionate about card industry
- Experience working with internal and external partners to meet project goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (must love interacting with people and working collaboratively)
