Our platform is:

JS SDK connected on partner sites (directly and through a set of plug-ins to e-commerce platforms);

User's personal account: desktop and mobile versions of sites, mobile applications for iOS and Android;

Partner's personal account: desktop and mobile versions of sites;

Mobile application for cashiers in offline stores;

And, also providing technical support to end-customers.
Stack: Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Gitlab.
About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader for the Customer Portal Team - the development of a personal user account, in which purchases and personal data are managed.
90% of traffic is mobile applications.
Our main goal is to develop user-friendly interfaces and reliable services with a focus on meeting deadlines. We have 3 million registered users and MAU reaches 1.5 million now.
The team will have up to 10 members: Team Leader, backend, frontend, mobile developers, Product manager, QA.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:

Launch Tabby into space! In the near future, the team will launch in new countries, additional services for customers (cashback, loyalty program, virtual cards for Apple/Google Pay), affiliate marketing for the affiliate network, analytics and much more;

Develop and maintain tabby's personal account: we will need many new services for both external and internal use in an event-driven architecture;

Development of technical and business metrics;
-
Support for the operation of services in a production environment 24/7;

Development team management;
-
Elaboration, distribution and tasks management and allocation;

Motivation and developers hiring.
What we expect

Good command of English (Intermediate or higher);
-
5 years of experience in a successful commercial development environment. You are good with Golang / other languages ??(now we are more interested in team management experience and architecture development skills;

Know how to work with RDBMS such as Redis;
-
You are able to make great design and implementation of REST and gRPC;
-
Implementation experience;
-
You are sure that documentation is an important part of winning, and untested code is broken code;
-
You know that it takes time to get things right, but strive to get things done faster if the situation calls for it.
As a plus

Using DDD in microservice architecture;

You have experience in banking / e-commerce products;
-
Experience with Kubernetes.
