About Us
PashaPay is a subsidiary of Pasha Holding - one of the largest holdings in Azerbaijan
We work on developing fintech products for the segment of unprivileged customers who don’t have access to traditional banking solutions in the markets of Central and Western Asia We believe our solutions can improve the well-being of these people allowing them to have positive experiences with financial products and services
For now, we are focused on creating a digital wallet that will replace cash and make daily payments a convenient experience both for individual users and for merchants in Azerbaijan
How we work:
In product development, we live by the motto “Make it work, make it right, make it fast”. At the same time, for us, design remains an integral part of both product discovery and delivery:
During discovery, designers join product owners on problem interviews, as the result of which the design solution is finalized and UX test is conducted During delivery, designers work on task decomposition together with the development team, refining the design of the component during the sprint After the changes are rolled out, designers analyze the data together with the product owners and develop hypotheses for product improvement Within the design team itself, we are focused on developing the design system, making sure the components are reusable and routine part of the design process is automated
What is yet to be done:
- Create the best interface for mobile financial application in Central Asia
- Continuously improve and develop this interface based on qualitative and quantitative data from product and design experiments
- Create and develop web application interfaces that are part of the company's ecosystem (website and payment terminals)
- Establish work processes ensuring interaction with the product owners and development team at all stages
- Build and develop the design system
- Coach, mentor and train UX/UI designers team of 5
- Build interaction process with marketing and communication teams considering overarching product design
What we need from you:
- Experience: 3-5 years in UX/UI with minimum 2 years in mobile applications, experience in interface design for mass B2C products and previous work in product development is a must
- Competencies: Figma of course, good understanding of mobile front-end development, UX research, basic skills in understanding mobile analytics
- Other: Managerial experience with supervising the work of other UX/UI designers
