ZephyrMobile is best known for the Live Wallpapers App, which started as a popular utility in 2018 and became the most popular Wallpapers App in AppStore in 2019 / 2020. About 60 million people have installed this application on their iPhone.
Now we are developing our portfolio of brain-puzzle games. The most successful games are: coloring by number Hey Color & water sort puzzle Get Color. More than 3M of people are playing our games monthly.
We are currently looking for a team leader to drive the execution vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations of our brain-puzzle unit. We expect that you have a deep-rooted passion for mobile free-to-play (F2P) games and you have the energy to build a big & successful unit inside our company brand . As a leader of the senior management team you will have input into all aspects of running this extremely profitable and successful growing business.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Responsibilities:

Create and delivery key business strategy of puzzle-game unit

Lead, coach, and develop studio and game development team

Drive the games portfolio planning and roadmap execution ensuring both new games delivery and live games successful operation

Bring thought leadership and innovation to the mobile games development and business with a deep understanding of the constantly evolving market.

Develop and follow KPIs to accurately measure the performance of the business, provide reports with in-depth analysis on the status of the business operations

Collaborate and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure to accommodate the growth objectives of our company

Who we think will do great in this role:

Strong experience (5+ years) and excellent skills in managing and leading diverse cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of the game industry and passion for games in all their forms, particularly on F2P mobile games

Extensive experience managing profit and loss, budgeting process, and large daily revenue numbers

You have the experience in scaling a business model

Proven game production experience, sharp business sense, and deep product knowledge, ability to see the big picture in all areas of game development

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving in the fast-paced environment

You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute – good communicator with all types of stakeholders.
