Desirable criteria:
- Higher education in law
- 0+ / 1+ years of relevant qualification experience
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Russian corporate, commercial, civil and labor law
- Excellent oral and written communications in English, including legal terminology
- Experience in advising international clients
- Perfect analytical skills
- A pro-active approach
- Able to work independently
- Highly developed organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with a multiple wide range of tasks within the time limits
- A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word and other relevant software products (eg, Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel, document management systems and databases)
- Ambitions to increase job hard and soft skills
- Teamwork and relationship building skills
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on various issues of Russian commercial, corporate, civil, consumer and labor law
- Preparation and analysis of commercial contracts
- Representation of clients in pre-trial dispute resolution procedures, as well as in litigation on commercial, corporate, consumer and labor matters
- Legal due diligences
- Project management
