Project Manager
The international company with a newly established office in Moscow is looking for a Project Manager. We provide our clients with services in various industries and sectors such as development, IT, marketing, and accounting.
We would like you to join our successful team and work together for mutual benefit and growth.
You will be working closely with members including the development team to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
You’re exceptional at organizing and problem-solving, with a great understanding of the online gaming industry. You know how to lead project execution from start to finish, reaching your business objectives. Furthermore, you’re able to support a cross-location, multicultural team and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Responsibilities:

Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects
-
Establish and maintain communication and workflow with outsource creative providers
-
Communicate and coordinating the projects work flow between the creative departments
-
Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives
-
Promoting efficiency by building and implementing new protocols and procedures
-
Liaising between different departments, such as Customer support and Marketing, to achieve tasks
-
Supervising and deal with any issues that may arise, especially with the customer support, marketing, and tech department.

Coordinating with upper management with progress of projects.
Requirements:
-
A Bachelor Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Strategic
-
Management, Business Management, or similar.
-
Experience as a project manager or similar for 2 years
-
Experience in the online gaming/ fintech industry is a must
-
In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
-
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
-
Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and
-
profitability.
-
Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and
-
performance.
-
High level of Excel and Analytic tools
-
Multitasking skills
-
Can-do attitude
-
Good communication skills
-
High level of English, Additional languages a plus
