We are searching for Enterprise and Solution Architect for QSR System LLC (Вкусно - и точка).
IT Architect owns the architectural decisions for the team. They values simplicity and is not afraid to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve Agile design. IT Architect works closely with the rest of the team to create a modular and scalable solution that addresses future architectural changes and designs. This person will drive team engineering practices in test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. A good Agile architect is keen to get his/her hands dirty and actively helps the team to solve the biggest problems. Last but not least, this individual is an executor as well as the visionary force behind the technical solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design the overall technological architecture of the product
- Guide project teams on technology strategy
- Mentor and coach the technical team, specifically with code reviews
- Guide Agile teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, an automated deployment
- Responsible for technical design and infrastructure / environments strategy, including deployments, ensuring that these are kept in-line with an MVP mindset of ‘emerging architecture’
- Work with the team to help empower and provide the right tools to deliver sprint goals
- Work with Product Leads to align the roadmap with all strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
- Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo
- Share responsibility with Product Lead for building reusable and scalable components
KEY SKILLS:
Products scope (not limited to)
- Mobile App
- Big Data/ML platform solutions/BI systems
- ERP (Oracle)
- Electronic documents system
- Restaurant solutions
Domain Expertise
- Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys
- Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends
- Can make architecture decisions at corporate level
- Significant experience with Agile infrastructure, environments, and deployment strategies / technologies to drive efficient working practices and DevOps
- Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units
Agile/Digital Experience
- Experience in Agile Development, with specific Corporate Architect (or similar) experience preferred
- Understand relationship with Product Lead, Scrum Master, and the rest of the technical team
- Experience managing technical priorities within the backlog

- Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on complex technical decisions
