Hey! We are Scramble, an innovative debt platform enabling founders of consumer goods startups to raise early debt. We are looking for a qualified Social Media Manager to create social media strategies and execute successful influencer campaigns. If you have a creative way of thinking and excellent multitasking skills we’re happy to chat!
You’ll work closely with the content manager, creative graphic designer, and growth manager, and report to the Head of Marketing
Key responsibilities:

Develop influencer campaigns across channels
-
Manage content and design team
-
Interact with customers and prospects
-
Track the analytics
-
Monitor hashtags and trends
You’ll be responsible for:
-
Responsible for Influencer marketing: influencer identification, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
-
Setting clear objectives: agree with objectives for influence campaigns considering traffic, and customer retention as a starting point
-
Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identify successes and areas for improvement

Working with the content manager and graphic designer to develop social media marketing posts
-
Interacting with followers via the company’s social media accounts
We are looking for someone who has:
-
Proven work experience in social media and influencer campaigns;
-
Ability to deliver creative content ideas;
-
Excellent spoken and written English;
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as with different departments across the business.
