Realme, the world's fastest-growing smartphone brand, present at 61 markets worldwide, including Asia, Europe, Oceania, Middle and East Africa, etc. is searching for a Training Manager responsible for development of product knowledge and competences of our employees and our partners' teams.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the training department and trainers development.
• Selection, training, maintenance of the proper level of employees' qualifications.
• Carrying out measures for the adaptation of new employees. Conducting an assessment and drawing up a development plan.
• Interaction with all departments of the company in order to develop an effective format for product training.
• Preparation of a strategic plan for the development of the department in accordance with the goals and plans of the company.
• Conducting product trainings for company partners, negotiations and scheduling.
• Development and implementation of courses for distance learning, webinars.
• Building a knowledge control system after training.
• Operational management of the training department (setting tasks for employees, motivation, monitoring and evaluating performance, analyzing the current situation and planning the department work in the next period).
• Team management, motivation for growth and development by own example.
• Establish and maintain the relationship with corporate partners training department.
• Cross-functionally frequently communicate with sales team and fields team to increase the sales results.

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience in mobile phones / CE product and soft skills trainings
• Technical knowledge
• People management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• PowerPoint advanced user
• Fluent English

• Working in highly dynamic multi-national environment
• Office-based full-time (Avtozavodskaya metro station)
