CURRENTLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW COLLEAGUE TO OUR TEAM AT QUALITY DEPARTMENT during materity leave of our current employee.
Location: Moscow region, Leshkovo, 209.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- To monitor the list of approved Raw materials and Packaging materials suppliers, list of approved copackers.
- To develop and implement the supplier and copackers production approval process.
- To audit the suppliers and copackers for PVM quality and food safety requirements based on Group policies and local PVM requirements.
- First priority: audit alternative local (russian) suppliers of raw and packaging materials (online and offline).
- To develop the list of requirements for suppliers, to manage of implementation the requirements in DEVEX specifications.
- To inform suppliers and copackers about PVM Quality and FS requirements, to develop appendix to the contract based on Group & Rus P&T PVM requirements.
- To provide education programs for suppliers and copackers for quality improvement of materials and services.
- To control performance of copacker services.
- To ensure constant update of PVM requirements for suppliers and copackers, to ensure proper update the requirements in a contracts.
- To provide constantly supplier performance assessment with SC and relevant colleagues.
- To manage materials non-compliance, PVM complaints management, share the claims with suppliers, co-packers, monitor responds and action plans development.
- Support NPD and Regulatory colleagues with supplier’s request of necessary information for new products development and sales, based on Group requirements.
- Business-trips no more than 2 times a month;
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years' experience in Suppliers audits in international companies operating in the food or pharmaceutical industry;
- Degree in Food Science;
- Experience in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 audits;
- Upper-Intermediate English (for written and oral communication);
- Deep experience in row & packaging materials Suppliers approvals;
- Knowledge and experience with HACCP, GMP, Quality Control activities;
- Experience in management of Allergens, GMO, RSPO, halal and kosher including cross-contamination;
- Experience at analytical Laboratory (development and validation of analytical methods, support to the business in the area of analytical chemistry);
- Good communicative and negotiation skills;
- Team player attitude;
- Readiness for business trips among Russia and CIS 2 times a month.
