We are looking for a Head of Product (Mobile Apps) to work with our best mobile applications. This is not a startup, this is the management of successful web products with a turnover in the amount of several dozens of millions of US dollars per year.
You will:

Be responsible for the end-to-end products business plan from a concept to production;

Be in charge of the international Internet products and be responsible for P&L (reporting directly to the COO).

Develop the product with a dedicated product team (vision / roadmap / backlog / marketing / analytics and so on).

Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team.

Organize and control the work of the product team, and reorganize it if necessary.
Successful candidate:
-
Has similar work experience in international product companies (B2C: gaming, dating, gambling, betting, social networks etc.).

Has similar and successful experience working with mobile applications in the markets of North America, the EU and Asia countries (Tier-1 and Tier-2).

Perfectly understands the principles of monetization of the mobile products.

Has leadership and management skills.

Demonstrates the ability to clearly plan, assess risks and prioritize, set and control tasks, effectively delegate and manage the team.

Possesses systematic and flexible thinking, is able to analyze information and make decisions.

English is upper-intermediate level or above.
