We are looking for a Brand Designer / Art Director with experience.
Нашему Brand Designer / Art Director предстоит:
-
Generate and promote creative visual ideas and concepts in digital
-
development and realization of concepts for all visual content companies;
-
training in the formation and production of identical visual brands;
-
Finalizing existing brandbook and company style;
-
Assessing client communications (briefing and submission);
-
Manage a creative team;
-
Research through modern trends in design
-
Research through visuals of competitors and leaders of industry
-
Develop an identity
-
Create presentations
-
Building process and design division;
-
Distribution of complex visual positioning strategies and the distribution of brands in SMM channels
-
Creating visual briefs / moodboards for photo and video production
What we expect from you:

• Professional portfolio

• Experience in independent project management

• Ability to creatively approach tasks

• High observation, delicate taste, understanding of trends

• Showing initiative

• Ability to work in a team, openness to other people's ideas

• Implementation of the best practices in the field of graphic design

• Full immersion in the project and the desire to produce a high quality product

• Existence of art / design education

• Be able to work with briefs, technical requirements

Experience in branding that you can showcase in a portfolio;

Knowledge of different visual techniques, understanding of their pros and cons, orientation in modern trends;

The ability to come up with metaphors and associations of the second order and higher;

Experience in art direction is a big plus
-
Over 3 years experience in design
-
Experience in Figma, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, etc.;

Experience in digital studios/agencies.
