Mission description: Story:
LATOKEN stakeholders and teammates need to attract and retain top quartile talents so that customers get great value and LATOKEN is listed on NASDAQ.
Functions:
- Roles : Structure role profiles, hiring priorities, target CVs in close contact with hiring managers. Ensure HRBPs know whom to hire for which problems.
- Interviewing : Score candidates with quick case interviews and achievements proof questions for offer decisions. Train hiring managers and interviewers.
- Onboarding : Newcomers pass onboarding tests and ready for critical hits without distracting other teammates.
- Culture : Strengthen our culture of mission driven champions challenging for world records.
- Meritocracy : Build bonus system based on OKRs performance, promotions based on 360 and achievements cases.
- HR platform : Automate and reuse processes with the HR platform: Vacancies, Offers, Contracts, Onboarding, Salaries and Promotions are generated from well-defined Roles.
- Feedback loops : Build feedback loops based on 360, checklists, 1-1s so teammates know how to hit targets.

Requirement skills and experience:
- Has 7+ years in HR at a high pace international environment. Industries IB, fintech, neobank, capital market, blockchain, crypto, trading are preferable (?3+ years in fintech hiring of developers, product or digital marketing leads).
- Has outstanding achievements in people management, talent hunting or team training.
- Experience in one of the sectors: capital markets, fintech, blockchain or IT teams.
- Challenge for outstanding results from herself and others.
- Has a hardworking self-starting culture.
- Has outstanding problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Prefers to go out of comfort to grow.
- Is loyal, never backtalk, radically open-minded, transparent, and puts interests of clients first.
- Fluent English.
