Health Economics Market Access Specialist (Russia & CIS) (reporting directly to EMEA region)
The HEMA Specialist will be responsible for adaptation and design of health economics models & other materials that incorporate market, epidemiological and clinical data for key procedures and products in the J&J MedTech portfolio.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for broad product portfolio and work with internal & external stakeholders to develop and demonstrate health economics and cost effectiveness arguments to implement Market Access strategies aimed at obtaining and increasing the access at national, regional, or local level.
Responsibilities
· Liaise with, and provide expertise for, the local Market Access team, local marketing and sales teams and with regional & Global teams
· Proactively propose, adapt and implement HEMA EMEA value solutions (health-economic models, value briefs, reports, etc.) according to Business Units strategies and launch timelines using project management principles, including strong collaboration with marketing and sales team
- Develop reimbursement & HTA dossiers, clinical & economic evidence for the company's products and technologies for federal and regional regulatory authorities to expand market access and achieve funding and reimbursement
· Develop and implement evidence dissemination strategies to deliver health economics models & other materials for sales field staff, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
· Develop and implement training activities for internal and external stakeholders to ensure impact of disseminated evidence
· Collate clinical and health economic materials for key procedures and products Analyze and regularly update products’ clinical, marketing and health economics evidence database
· Propose, develop and execute health economics studies and economic value propositions to prove the value of products/procedures for different reimbursement segments in collaboration with Regional HEMA (including defining local evidence needs, project management, publication preparation, etc.)
Requirements:
• Higher Education (economic, medical, pharmaceutical, biostatistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology)
• Health economics education certificate as a plus
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in Health Economics and Market Access in Russia (experience in identifying and applying localized data to health economic models is a plus)
• Work experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, consultancy in healthcare
• Knowledge of critical analysis and health economics theory, Evidence Based Medicine
• Knowledge of healthcare system & reimbursement system in Russia
• Very good scientific literature (clinical evidence) search skills
• Russian (Native/Excellent)
• English (not lower then upper-intermediate), confident in verbal communication
• Very good project management and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent Excel and Power Point skills (obligatorily)
• Ability to learn wide volumes of new information
• Strong self-motivation skills
• Ability to connect and quickly establish meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
