Currently, we are launching a new product for those who want to get better opportunities in the tech industry. That's why we are looking for a new Senior Product Manager to boost the success of this product and potentially manage the new target audience project portfolio.
Background
-
4+ years experience working as producer/project manager in ed-tech, other educational projects, or marketing projects
-
successful experience in launching digitals projects
-
marketing and sales experience (B2C experience)
-
knowledge of the online education sphere and its market
-
fluent English, Russian
Primary Duties
-
launching product on the market
-
continuous improvement of the product
-
propose the ideas about the best approaches for the product
-
close cooperation with the marketing and sales department (advertisement, intro webinars, etc)
-
assisting hiring, onboarding of local staff (instructors, sales advisors, mentors)
-
NPS and revenue analysis

ability to build up strong collaborations/synergies of management processes for successful course launching
