Consulting department of PwC Russia is looking for the professionals to join our G&PS team, Government & Public Sector.
Services provided by department:
- Corporate / business strategy development / strategy review
- International business growth / market entry support / market expansion support
- Strategy management processes development/ improvement
- Strategy implementation planning
- Operational excellence
Requirements:
- Project / team management experience 3+ years
- Overall experience 6+ years in a strategic and operational excellence advisory
- Strategic marketing or government sector research in a strategy consultancy
- Strong business writing, clear storylining and verbal communication skills (both in Russian and in English – decent English is a must; other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage)
- Experience in taking businesses international, working with export infrastructure and/or foreign trade operations (in Russia and/or abroad) is desirable
- Markets, industries, macroeconomic / country / region analysis expertise and techniques application
- Excellent communication, interviewing, facilitation skills
- Relevant Master’s degree from a reputable university; MBA degree will be an advantage

- Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, creative thinker, sound business acumen, ability to switch between industries and focuses
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at a time
- Effective team player in a fast-paced environment
