Skipp is an international startup that helps build remote development teams behind the staff and manage them using the interfaces of our own platform. At the moment we have more than 70 active customers and 300 executors, including programmers, designers, analysts, architecture specialists, managers, and know-how specialists.
We have a strong team of like-minded people and mentors who have built and developed large Russian and foreign companies such as Lingualeo, Skyeng, Mail.ru, Delivery Club, Wheely.
At the end of 2021, we have grown more than tenfold, entered the top 5 perspective startups according to Russian Inc, but most importantly, our team has more than tripled in size and now have more than 50 internal employees from 7 countries with offices in Moscow and London.

Job Description:

This company works with customers to build eLearning and eBook applications and solutions for they need. The main pride of the company is the global focus with customers from all over the world: Canada, US, Europe, and Asia.
Today the company is active looking for the UX/UI designer.
Tasks:
- Communication with the product manager;
- Designing user interfaces (web and mobile) in Figma;
- Creation and improvement of user scenarios, hypothesis testing, participation in research;
- Creation and development of a digital product design system;
- Checking the quality of interface implementation by developers

Key Requirements:
- Experience as a UX/UI designer from 4 years;
- Experience in 3D design;
- Proficient user of Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
- Experience in creating webpages (SPA, model);
- Understanding of UX patterns;
- Good UI portfolio;
- Responsibility, creativity
- English proficiency – at least C1 level
Additional Requirements:
- Need to be able to join meetings with colleagues according to Canadian time zone – at 7-8pm Moscow time
