The menu has been developed to express the freshness and simplicity naturally associated with traditional Scandinavian flavours, blending with modern and global influences. The caf? also aims to reflect the changing seasons through ingredients that distinguish the climate and landscapes of each local region.
the role:
You will be based in our ARKET caf? but act as a caf? expert when needed and work closely with the Area team and the Central Caf? team. You will focus on maximizing sales and improving profitability by supporting your caf? team, always with our customers in focus. You will also be responsible for on-site management of caf? openings and support the caf? team in the development of our concept and menus.
some responsibilities include:
- Support with recruitment, development and coaching of our Caf? Team. Inspire and support the Caf? Team with advice, identify and develop areas of improvements of our Caf? with coffee concept and training in focus
- Support, evaluate and follow up on overall operations, customer service level, training and KPIs and initiate actions accordingly
- Receive and support to implement head office actions from Central caf? team concerning concept, budget, procurement, goals and results.
- Support the Caf? expansion in your area with planning and resource management for store openings
- Initiate changes to improve the business together with store management team and Area team.

The role requires the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve goals. You are flexible, happy to travel and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution. As a person you are communicative, encourage and seek feedback, you are inspiring and have a positive attitude. You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience of managing a Caf?, a good understanding of profitability and knowledge of basic business administration skills. You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
