• Design and create a best-in-class internal audit function designed to support world-class governance for PIK.
• Draft an internal audit charter, based on international standards to set the aims and objectives of Internal Audit and to govern how Internal Audit interacts with the operations that it will audit and with the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors
• Annually prepare an internal audit plan for the year and agree it with the Audit Committee
• Execute on the agreed audit and risk assessment projects included in the annual internal audit plan
• Facilitation of process interviews, analysis and description of key business processes of a vertically integrated holding, identification and assessment of risks and control procedures
• Execution of audit procedures provided for by the audit program, documenting the performance of procedures, internal controls testing
• Preparation of an audit report and communication of audit results
• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations based on the results of audits; monitoring changes in business processes; monitoring of local legal documents (policies, regulations, standards, etc.)
• Coordination Group risk identification process. Participation in projects on risk management
• Support and participation in external Group-audit including IT-audit to insure effective process

• Knowledge of the general principles of internal audit and control, international professional standards of internal audit
• NOT less than 1 years in internal control and risk management, internal / external audit - companies a developed system of internal control, consulting (Big 4)
• Understanding of internal control methodology and concepts of COSO IC, COSO ERM
• Understanding basic principles of IT-audit
• Practical experience in developing risk matrices and control procedures, preparing action plans to eliminate identified deficiencies
• Ability to work with large amounts of information (collection, generalization, systematization and preparation of analytical reports and presentations)
• Understanding of construction of share-participation agreements, civil, tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Understanding of the principles of organization, planning and functioning of construction&development business processes, corporate governance.
