RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for all Media (offline & digital), CRM, Online Reputation management activities & Content creation for brands presented on Russian market
- Define strategy for all Marketing communications, Content creation and distribution process. Align strategy vision with all involved departments and bring it to life
- Help business to unite strategic priorities on cross-functional level, formulate communications plan based on it and transfer to the team as clear working pipeline
- Manage team of 10+ marketing professionals and 30+ ORM specialist
- Manage >1 bRUR media budget, media planning in full media mix (TVC, OLV, digital campaigns) with ROAS oriented approach
- Get insights from brand health analytics and deliver them to different business units
- Lead content strategy & process for cross-functional collaboration (Product marketing, Media, eCommerce, CRM, ORM, Content)
- Optimization of all content phases: production, localization, storage, distribution & tracking
- Content tools eco-system management (PIM system, Media database, syndication & parsing): localization of global solutions + tender local ones (24TTL, Sellematics, Profitero, FlixMedia)
- Collaboration with HQ as driver market for international projects
- Be responsible for influence management (direct ambassadors & collaboration with influence agencies, cpa/barter etc)
- Coordinate business, category, trend & creative insights for efficient content production
- Ensure CRM activities efficiency – grow data base, customer engagement and sales
- Define strategy for Online reputation team in line with business demand
- Be a key contributor of digital transformation and excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of managing big marketing teams experience, with must have expertise in digital/ecom
- Ability to form strategy vision and concept and to build system of influence to bring the vision to life
- Deep experience in marketing communications, media and content is a plus
- English - Advanced
- Excellent management skills, be initiative, fast and proactive.
- In love with agile, collaborative & entrepreneur approach
- Hard working mindset
- Experience in working with headquarter and ability to create selling stories on top level is a plus
- Leadership and constructive influence to stretch agencies and internal stakeholders
