Now we are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be based at Moscow office and reporting to Head of reporting and control.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare investor presentations, financial back-ups and other ad hoc analytical requests
- Manage and perform financial modelling, business plans, forecasts based on reasonable assumptions
- Participate in planning, reporting and analysis of Working Capital and CF
- Perform variances analysis identifying root causes. Identify, analyze, and track trends that impact financial performance. Work with teams to identify actionable solutions and adjusts forecasts as needed
- Ad-hoc questions/problems/requests solving related to business/controlling area
- Update the team on your findings and results
- Communicate with local accountants and control the preparation of the financial statements by them
- Participate in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
- Data validation
- Participate in internal and external audit in the area of responsibilities.
- Participate in automation projects and initiatives in the area of responsibility
- To perform Intercompany reconciliation
- To participate in methodology creation
- Communication to local auditors
- To validate reconciliation with Business partners (exchanges, B2B partners, acquirers, block chains etc.)
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- Ability to formulate conclusions and prepare recommendations
Experience in managerial reporting and financial reporting; experience in IFRS / US GAAP financial statements - Ability to work with large data files in the tight limits
- Experience in finance modeling will be an advantage
- Ability to draw up BS & P&L, CF from trial balance
- Experience in managerial reporting and financial reporting; experience in IFRS / US GAAP financial statements
- Experience in consolidation would be strong advantage
- Excellent knowledge of local GAAP and taxation
- Higher education (Mathematics, Technical background)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- High attention to details
- Professional certificate in progress (CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is a strong plus
- Big4 experience would be a strong advantage
- Russian and English is must
Soft skills:
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in high-pace and dynamic environment
- High level of both personal and professional ethics
- Great interpersonal relations and communication skills to always be on the same page with colleagues, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Good project management skills
- To be a good team player, but to be able to work independently
