Effectiff is looking for professional to fill the position of Chief Marketing Officer to join our senior leadership team to scale our digital marketing and lead generation efforts. Chief Marketing Officer
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs based on the company's strategic goals. These responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing and implementing all aspects of the marketing and communications plan including: marketing, advertising, public relations, branding, strategic messaging, website development and special events planning.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Develop and implement a research-based strategic marketing and communications program for Effectiff services promotion in Russia and the USA, participation in the business plans development and Marketing department creation from «0»
- Build multichannel campaigns (inbound and outbound) that align messaging to the target audience and buyer journey, including:
Inbound
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Search engine marketing (SEM)
- Digital Advertising and Social Media
Outbound:
- E-mail campaigns, identify key targets and lead the creation of compelling direct mail offers that drive buyers to act
- Oversee market research, the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics, customer requirements and competitive trends to help building and testing of hypothesis of future marketing activity effectiveness
- Manage creation of training and promotional videos, technology manuals, and other client-facing support materials
- Work with R&D to select tools and marketing technology (martech) stack to achieve goals
- Partner with other key functions like Finance on budgeting and planning and HR to help us further develop our talent brand
- Support leadership with presentations to support quarterly reviews of demand generation campaign results
- Continuously think of new and out-of-the-box ways to improve our marketing strategies to drive business results. Research and implement new techniques and technologies that help drive sales and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 5-year experience in a similar role, preferable in a Translation&Localization industry
- English fluent
- Polished professional, team-oriented, highly motivated self-starter.
- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis.
- Skilled at managing, motivating, and maximizing every opportunity.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools; Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hub Spot, Web Trends, SalesForce etc.
- High-quality and proven presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
