Consulting department of PwC Russia is looking for experienced professionals to help manage and grow our Strategy and Operations team in Financial Services industry – because we grow business faster than we have people to promote from within.

What you will do:

Your experience and capabilities:
- Several years of FS industry and/or management consulting experience supported by references and results achieved

- Strong proven capability in managing teams, projects, tasks and priorities
- Leadership experience and potential to engage, motivate and develop people
- Experience in establishing and developing relationships across organizations and its leaders
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills, written, verbal and visual communications
- Fluent English and Russian
- Advanced office software user (Excel, Power Point, Word)
