WoT Blitz is looking for a Communications Manager to improve the Marketing team and give the best experience of mobile gaming to millions of players all over the world.
In this role, you will develop an Influencer management and PR strategies along with a team of experts inside and outside of the MS-1 studio. You will manage and expand relationships with the media, influencers, and agencies to deliver the best experience to the players.
The best candidate to this role:
- Doesn’t even remember what TV is, because he/she has a YouTube and Netflix subscriptions;
- Exactly knows why we might want to collaborate with such personalities as Dr. Disrespect or even ThePoznavatel.
What will you do?
- Development of Influencer and PR strategies globally;
- Preparation and implementation of influencer and media(press) campaigns in the Europe, USA, ASIA and CIS regions;
- Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of Influencer and media campaigns;
- Build, cultivate, and expand relationships with influencers, media, and organizations that manage them;
- Assure a strategic, proactive approach to influencers and media who add value to the brand;
- Provide day-to-day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts;
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally/externally;
- Creatively and proactively pitch out-of-the-box ideas to boost WoT Blitz performance involving influencers and media.
What are we looking for?
- Good understanding of YouTube, Tik-Tok ecosystems and main media, streaming platforms;
- Deep empathy and insights for the wants and needs of the next generation of audiences entering the market;
- Knowledge and ability to work with specific influencer management and PR tools;
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in related field;
- Results driven and capable of driving different projects simultaneously;
- Proven track record and references;
- You don't need to be given continual direction and know, how to manage yourself and your time;
- Good English-speaking skills.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Pool of good connections with influencers, media and agencies that manage them as a big plus;
- Passion for games and knowledge of industry trends and key players.
