Deal Advisory team includes over 250 professionals in Russia and the CIS. We are one of the largest deal advisors with professional teams in Russia and the CIS, providing objective unbiased advice on every aspect of the full range of transactions.

Responsibilities:
Participation in the following assignments:
- Reviewing Audit Clients’ cash flows (DCF models) in accordance with IFRS / RAP / US GAAP requirements (including financial analysis of company's historic results and projections, conducting industry research, comparable company analysis)
- Calculation of different types of discount rates (including WACC) in accordance with IFRS / RAP / US GAAP requirements
- Dealing / communicating with the Audit Team, Audit Clients’ Management and personnel and the Appraiser
- Reviewing Appraiser reports re. valuation of different types of Audit Clients’ assets / liabilities
- Preparing cross-check of Audit Clients’ DCF models
- Preparing deliverables (letters and memorandums) with results of analysis
- In perspective, participating in reviewing / update / creation of templates and methodology; budgeting and other Audit Assistance-related administrative job
- In perspective, supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring; managing and control over a defined job section; participation in trainings as a trainer (optional)
Requirements:
- The candidate is expected to participate in Audit Assistance engagements
- Higher education, desirably in finance / economics
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in audit, consulting, accounting; Audit in KPMG, other BIG4, Audit / Appraiser from Russian consulting firms is preferable
- Experience of working with DCF models
- Knowledge of financial accounting (IFRS, RAP, US GAAP)
- For candidates from Audit in KPMG and other BIG4 the performance rating for the last 2 years EP/HEP
- For candidates from Audit in KPMG and other BIG4 there might be a downgrading – this will depend on the results of interview
- Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills
- Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, attentiveness to detail
- IT skills: advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Intermediate English and fluent Russian
