We are looking for Russia Strategic and Projects Development Leader in Royal Canin business segment.

The Strategic and Projects Development Leader role is critical towards achieving our company ambitions.

The main goal is to govern strategic business planning & decision making across the business through the S&OP+ process and enhance business capacity to sustain and drive strategic delivery of business results.

You will do

• The S&OP+ Leader coordinates and facilitates the whole S&OP+ process. As such they play a key role in ensuring the delivery of our year end and mid-term plans commitments and provide visibility on risks and opportunities towards these plans in collaboration with all Leadership Members.
• Deploys and Continuous improvement with the different Step Owner the design of each Step of S&OP+ process
• With the support of Functional Experts and External Partner, execute the connections and ways of working with the different Steps of S&OP+ at Local, Cluster level.
• Own the continuous improvement roadmap for S&OP+ process
• Ensure the establishment key strategic initiatives
• Drive the Russia and Belarus Transformational priorities with project leaders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program metrics and measures to effectively facilitate discussions and actions for improvement
• Crisis Management
• Business Continuity Management
• Project Management

We are expecting

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Finance/Supply Chain
• Fluent English
• Knowledge/Experience: Project Management; Activity Management; Step Facilitation; Business Processes Design; Change Management / Transformation
• Other Cross functional Experiences: Supply Planning / Demand Planning; Finance, Sales / IT governance
• +5 years’ experience in either Senior Project management, S&OP+, Supply Chain, Sales or Finance roles
