We would like to invite you to join our jeweler-watch Maison Piaget in the role of Trainee in Brand Management:

Main responsibilities:

• Check on the accuracy of Daily BTQ Sales Reports (effected sales, lost sales, nationality split, age and gender split, etc);
• Be proficient with reporting systems and manage boutique TPI and other targets monitoring monthly;
• Prepare CRM reports, KPIs reports, Sales reports;
• Participate in all PLV material flow, as well as Gifts, window decorations, etc. on time and inline with the existing guidelines and recommendations and with respect to budget allocations. Prepare animations and POS/PLV reports upon request;
• Support Wholesale with requests from clients, deliveries, issuing proformas, tracking the payments and preparing agreements;
• Prepare competition reports upon request;
• Prepare presentations upon request;
• Customer orders coordination, issue proformas, invoices and other relevant documentation
• Follow-up of shipment process: products and PLV, POSM, other tools.
• Tracking repairs and spare parts orders with Richemont Customer Service
• Support Retail in maintaining information in customer database
• Close contact with other departments to coordinate payments, logistical procedures and customers’ deliveries
• Update of information in NSI system (ref, product descriptions, prices, supplier orders)
• Work with SAP and earth, 1C Documentooborot, Booster and other programs.
• Distribution of print materials to retailers, boutiques and clients
• Follow-up trade and visual merchandising dispatch
• Execute other tasks delegated by the Manager
• Ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• University Graduate or Senior student - Finance, Economics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Analytical type of mind, accuracy, attention to details,
• Strong computer skills with advanced functionality in MS Excel are required
• Previous experience at least 1 year (experience in 1C program)
• Fluent Russian, fluent English

Other conditions:

• Paid internship (fix salary, meal allowance, medical insurance): 50K RUR Gross + 9,3K RUR Gross + medical insurance
• Full time
• Fixed-term employment contract starting from March 1st 2022 for 1 year with possible prolongation
