THE ROLE
This is an exciting moment to join this team and lead the set-up of Procurement function in the region for the newly established Wella Company. You will work to develop the right partnerships and relationships with our existing and new suppliers. Spend in this role is 10-15 Mln $ with growth potential. As part of leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering the business growth plans, fiscal year objectives and longer term interventions in the 3-5 year horizon.
Scope: Indirect procurement Russia (Marketing, Business Services & Industrials)
Reporting to: Business Services Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business:
- Implement sourcing strategies and strategic interventions in your region;
- Deliver fiscal year targets in 2022 and establish 3-year business plan;
- Develop supplier relationships to enable Year on Year improvement in quality, service, talent and value;
- Identify and implement new suppliers in Russia;
- Use new tools to make sourcing simpler and more efficient;
- Support business plans to improve ethical and environmental sourcing;
- Implement governance and control including contractual agreements and policies
Organization:
- Develop capability to deliver maximum efficiency and value to business;
- Review supply needs and technical capabilities and secure external capability to deliver these;
- Engage and influence stakeholders in Category Strategy definition and implementation;
- Motivated to continue personal training and development in procurement best practices and skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement ideally with knowledge of all indirect spend categories;
- Work experience in an international/remote environment and matrix organizations;
- Capable and proven track record of stakeholder management including business Leaders (internal and external);
- Higher education preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or other relevant discipline;
- Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Self-driven and able to work independently;
- Results oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash) and improving effectiveness of sourcing networks;
- Strategic mindset balanced with ability to execute;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Proven Collaboration, Influencing, Negotiation, Communication skills;
- Knowledge in executing sourcing of indirect and/or marketing;
- Knowledge of e-sourcing tools (i.e. Ariba);
- Able to travel in support of business (occasionally)

- Experience in consumer goods company
