The division is comprised of sales and marketing professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing MSD's prescription medicines, vaccines, and other medical products to our customers worldwide.
Health Economics and Outcomes Research Senior Specialist at MSD will be responsible for:
- Critically reviewing and summarizing relevant evidence from literature search
- Performing an adaptation of developed HEOR Global models
- Developing local data generation HEOR strategies, including study design in collaboration with X -functional team (CORE, compliance, medical affairs, business unit) following internal procedures
- Contracting with local HEOR vendors in collaboration with a respective TA market access manager
- Readiness of pharmacoeconomic part of dossier for federal and regional reimbursement programmes
- Maintaining up-to-date internal knowledge of pricing, listing and tendering systems including submissions of PARFs for senior leadership and Global approval
- Leading internal approval processes of supported conferences with health economic outcomes related presentations
- Contacting with KOLs in order to receive required documentation for the supported conferences
- Supporting on all stages of development HEOR publication (abstracts, manuscripts)
- Making edits of prepared publications
Сandidate specification: key selection criteria
- Background in science, business or economics – ie postgraduate qualification in a health-related field (e.g. policy, economics, biostatistics, epidemiology)
- Up to 5 years’ experience of health economics, outcomes research, and listing issues in the healthcare sector, academic setting, pharmaceutical industry or consulting
- Experience of developing value dossiers, submissions to payors or reimbursement bodies
- Fluent English and Russian languages
- Relevant experience in a priority therapeutic areas will be an advantage
