We are looking for a UX researcher to join our team. You will research our products, the automotive industry, and human cognitive/physiological capabilities to help create interfaces and products designed to make driving and travelling in a car easier and enhanced.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- To be proficient in the full-cycle from formulating a query to developing a solution based on research results
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative testing methods
- Able to organize and conduct usability tests, interviews, observations and experiments
- Possess a good level of communication and the ability to work with people (both team and focus groups)
- Willing to conduct interviews with users in English
- Are not afraid of uncertainty and are proactive enough to make the first step with proposals
- Have the proper level of empathy to understand users
- Desire to grow and develop in your profession, making products more convenient
- Able to argue your point of view and defend it when necessary
- Have experience with CJM, JTBD and A/B testing
Good to have:
- Knowledge and experience with online survey systems (Monkey/Gizmo)
- Experience with beta tests and working with services like Betabound
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and maintaining documentation
- Successful cases of product improvements and launches
Primary tasks
- Working with the product team and analysts
- Assisting the team in evaluating solutions
- Working with users from all over the world
- Conducting UX tests with users, analyzing findings
- Finding and studying research related to vision, attention, cognitive load and ways to alleviate it
- Generating suggestions for improving the user experience based on test results
- Implementing new research methods and improve current ones, develop a company research culture
