Projects:
1. Landing Pages - When we start some new feature or product we already start collecting feedback from our customers. Landing pages describing the features are delivered and it helps us to build proper product meeting our customers expectations. As we grow more and more ideas and products come to our mind. That's why we need to deliver Landing pages withh lower cost but still with good quality and with the ability to present materials as needed and collect all the feedback. To do that we need gurus of WordPress to build Landing pages with minimal coding.
2. University - Crypto currencies grow in popularity and not only geeks start using it. That's why we need to educate people what's crypto, how to use and what is the profit of using it. To reach our goals we build Paxful University. It's a great opportunity to join the project and to build educational platform.
What will the role do?
- Design architecture before implementation of new complex features or services
- Mentor other teammates and help them solve tasks on design and code review stages
- Write simple but efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Work closely with stakeholders on product features
- Be responsible for a feature end-to-end, from ideation to deployment in the production environment
- Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product

- Design, build and maintain applications
- Take part in grooming sessions and estimate the efforts for the team
- Plan team activities with Product Managers
- Closely work with teammates to solve tasks and reach sprint goals
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, testable and modular code
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product
- Follow company coding standards
- Perform code reviews and mentor your peers
- Cover your code with tests
Requirements
- 3+ years on the position of TeamLead/TechLead/Architect
- 8+ years of the commercial web development (PHP/JS/React)
- Strong knowledge and skills in PHP 7.3+
- Experience with frameworks Laravel 6.x, Symphony5.x
- Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Typescript
- Good knowledge of relational databases - PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experience with NoSQL databases - MongoDB
- Working with the high-load systems
- Good verbal and written English
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with microservices
- Experience with AWS and knowledge of AWS architecture patterns
- Interest in cryptocurrencies
