Responsibilities:
- Staff costs planning and reporting (including adjustment during the year); analysis of the causes of deviations;
- HR databases, reporting, statistic preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports upon requests;
- Participation in projects TR business processes automatization (1C, Workday);
- Participation in market reviews;
- Participation in job grading (Mercer);
- Preparation of presentation materials for management, including regular reporting and communications with HQ Total Rewards team.
Reporting line: Total Reward Country Head in Moscow
Requirements:
- Finance / Economic/HR education;
- From 3 years of relevant experience;
- Advanced English;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
