CBRE - leading multinational team Real Estate company looking for a Junior Consultant or Consultant to support Capital Markets Team in Russia
Role Purpose
The Capital Markets division provides investment advice on real estate transactions across both domestic and international markets. The Capital Markets team strategically advises clients to execute a full range of property solutions across the region – involving direct property transactions as well as corporate finance, equity placement, debt, structured finance and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have good real estate investment or valuation experience; demonstrate strong work ethic and enthusiasm and the ability to work within a team and wider investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Senior team members in investment transactions
- To engage with other key members of the Company and wider local market teams
- Preparing cash-flows and other financial analyses; for investment acquisitions or disposals
- Preparation of investment materials, presentation documents, pitches & marketing collateral
- Support key client programmes
- Assist in the preparation of reports and advice to clients
- Involvement in high profile instructions and take on more responsibility and day to day management of such
Candidate Profile
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and enjoys working independently and as part of a wider team
- Confident and assertive where required
- Ability and openness to working across multiple clients
- Good command of English is essential
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
- Technically competent (i.e financial modelling)
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
