WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a liaison between business functions and IT, transform business needs to functional requirements and specifications;
- Consolidate and formalize company departments’ requirements in the form of functional specifications;
- Perform applications user acceptance testing with all involved business functions, Corporate/Market IT and external providers;
- Prepare manuals for systems, plan and conduct trainings for key business users;
- Provide support for project managers with application roll-out;
- Analyze and resolve incidents of application failures with the involvement of developers and project managers;
- Provide applications administration, update and maintain services and master data in applications;
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities of corporate systems functionally according to Corporate process timeline.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- University degree in the fields of Information Technologies / Computer Science / Mathematics / Economics;
- Good experience in business analysis techniques, functional specifications preparation, application testing (at least 1 year);
- Experience in work with software for business processing modeling;
- English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
- Strong time-management, planning and coordination skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- Well-organized, self-disciplined, responsible and result-oriented person;
- Structured approach and attention to details;
- Ability to learn quickly.
