Finance Business Partner
Job Purpose:
The Finance Business Partner will be overall responsible for the OPEX and Supply Chain budget reporting and analysis across the whole Consumer business including both Actual reporting and Budgeting/Forecasting as well as the business support to ensure the consistency of approach and end-to-end responsibility in the process. He or she will work directly with Department Business Owners including local Research and Development Lead, Supply Chain team at all levels for their respective budget forecasting and control.
He or she will be supporting Senior Finance Business Partners and Supply Chain Lead as a Finance Business partner to ensure required level of support and project initiatives participation.
He or she will also support overall Forecasting process and involved in analysis of overall OPEX and Supply Chain budget for Consumer Business.
Responsibilities
• Month-end OPEX and Supply Chain budget accrual posting/reversal ensure correct cost split in actuals/forecast;
• Regular OPEX and Supply Chain budget reviews and reconciliation with actuals, consolidating and reflecting agreed budgets in monthly forecast and plan;
• Understanding the key drivers of OPEX and Supply Chain costs, providing analysis and suggesting risk mitigating measures in the main areas;
• Monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance against budgets with deep analysis and comments;
• Manage ZBB principals within OPEX and Supply Chain budgeting, control for delivery savings;
• Lead the regular (monthly) reviews with the continues improvement of friendly format reports, deep details to support commercial people with the financial data;
• Full responsibility for Supply Chain budget including freight, other cogs, warehouse and Supply Chain OPEX providing a Finance Partnership support to Supply Chain Lead;
• Month-end R&D closure, forecasting and planning, provide the support to HUB R&D Business Partner, be the key market contact;
• FA control;
• HC monthly reporting, forecast and plan for whole Consumer Business, support HRD within HC area;
• Manage correct Operational Excellence projects reporting, support the Financial Department Lead in synergy and cost validation for Business Case preparation and review;
• Responsibility for Wcap and CashFlow month-end reporting, forecasting and plan preparation;
• Be responsible for Regular Financial Controls within the area of responsibility;
• Preparation of OPEX and Supply Chain budget -related slides for presentations (for Plan, Mid Year Forecast, Monthly Performance Reviews, Regional Management visits).
• Manage Finance HUB activity within OPEX, Supply Chain budget , Wcap and CashFlow scopes;
• Any ad-hoc tasks, reports, deep analysis related to OPEX, Supply Chain budget , Wcap and CashFlow;
• Supporting Senior Finance Business Partners and the Department Heads as a Finance Business Partner with ad-hoc analysis of responsible areas.

• University Degree in Finance/Economics;
• ACCA/CIMA or similar qualification in progress;
• 3-5 years in Accounting and/or Finance;
• 2 years and more experience in finance business partnering would be a plus;
• RAS/IFRS main principles knowledge;
• Advanced technical skills (Excel);
• Fluent English;
• Advanced PC skills;
• Background of working for multinational company;
• Pharma and/or FMCG background;
• Experience from different fields as manufacturing, commerce, etc;
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem-solver.
